The church wardens and congregation of St Cyprian’s Anglican Church, Highlands invite you to a join us for a day in the countryside as we celebrate the 124th anniversary of the founding of this small country church.
Pack a picnic blanket, your hiking boots and your family and make your way by bike or by car along the scenic Highlands Road to our regular Sunday Worship and thereafter the Farmer’s Market in the grounds of the old stone chapel. Or if you’d prefer, join an 8km hike to the top of Highlands Mountain, and return in time for the fair. The children will be entertained, you’ll stock up on some fresh farm fare, and enjoy a picnic lunch. Have a look at some of the 2016 Country Fair photo gallery.
This year, 2017, you can enjoy the wonderful newly-landscaped Rose Garden, which has created a beautiful levelled garden and lawn specially for this annual event. Have a look at some of the photos of the work-in-progress from earlier this year, and the wonderful finished garden.
Please browse our website for more information about the Country Fair, and we’ll look forward to seeing you on Sunday 10th September 2017!
